Position Objectives

  • Ensure efficient and professional office and administrative operations.

  • Implement internal activities to enhance employee experience and foster a positive company culture.

  • Build a clear and consistent internal communication bridge across departments.

Job Description

1. Administration & Office Operations (≈60%)

  • Manage daily office operations: facilities, equipment, office supplies, and utilities.

  • Act as the main point of contact with building management, vendors, and related partners.

  • Monitor office operating costs and propose cost optimization solutions.

  • Manage company assets and conduct periodic inventory checks.

  • Provide logistical support for meetings and internal events.

  • Ensure a safe, tidy, and professional working environment.

  • Support other administrative tasks as required.

2. Internal Activities & Internal Communications (≈40%)

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities: teambuilding, company events, celebrations, and cultural programs.

  • Manage and operate internal communication channels (Slack, email, internal fanpage, etc.).

  • Create and design internal communication content (articles, posters, announcements).

  • Coordinate with HR and departments to implement employee engagement programs.

  • Collect employee feedback and propose improvements to internal experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Admin / Office Administration / People Operations / Internal Communications or related roles.

  • Strong organizational and task management skills; detail-oriented and responsible.

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal teams and external vendors).

  • Good writing skills and aesthetic sense (experience with Canva or design tools is a plus).

  • Proactive, flexible, and service-oriented mindset.

  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and high energy.
