JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build strong relationships with our customers, anticipate their needs and help them use our product to make their businesses more effective and successful
- Work closely with your customers to develop expansion opportunities and through referrals
- Help customers use our service efficiently and generate direct results on the performance of their business
- Consult customers reviews and optimize advertising to achieve more effective result
- Listen to customer feedback, understand market needs, then effectively work with Design, Product to improve product quality
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
- Experience in advertising (Tiktok, Facebook, Google) is preferred
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles (internships, part-time or full-time) is a plus but not mandatory
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
- English written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone
- Passionate about customer success and helping people
- Strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers
- Able to parse feedback and contribute to the product by suggesting feature requests based on your knowledge of customers
- Organizational skills to manage multiple customers and task simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of customer success
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace tools
