JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support in building and operating infrastructure (cloud and on-premise)
  • Assist in developing CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deployment processes
  • Support in deploying and optimizing system services
  • Monitor and operate alert systems, dashboards, and performance metrics; assist in analyzing root causes when alerts occur
  • Support automation tasks (infrastructure as code, metrics collection, scripting)
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure deployment quality
  • Participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and post-mortem reviews to propose solutions for system incidents

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of OS systems (Linux/Unix), computer networking (TCP/IP), scripting (Bash, Python), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), caching (Redis), and containerization (Docker)
  • Basic understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD, and Git
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and passionate about developing a career in SRE/DevOps
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, proactive learning attitude

Plus points

  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Understanding or hands-on practice with Terraform, Ansible
  • Knowledge of data structures & algorithms and coding skills is a strong advantage
  • Open to backend developers who want to transition into SRE/DevOps roles
