JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute plans for registering and utilizing payment gateways to improve payment processes, payment experience, and cost efficiency.
• Proactively control risk management and handle issues arising related to payment gateways.
• Coordinate with the product team throughout the integration, maintenance, and operation of payment gateways.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to manage and monitor key operational metrics, ensuring compliance with payment gateway policies and regulations.
• Maintain the stability and reliability of all payment gateway systems.
• Build and maintain reports related to payment gateway performance and quality.

REQUIREMENT

• At least 1 year of experience in payment gateway operations, risk management, or related areas—preferably in e-commerce or fintech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work across departments.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Proficient in English (reading and writing).
