POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a visionary and bold leader to spearhead our "Go Global" strategy. As the Global Market Development Manager, you will not only execute Go-to-Market (GTM) plans but also play a pivotal role in shaping our product ecosystem's footprint on the global e-commerce map.

  • Key Markets: US, EU, SE Asia, and other emerging global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy Formulation & Execution (GTM Global)

  • Design and implement Market Entry Strategies for the company’s products and services on a global scale.
  • Conduct in-depth research on customer personas, competitive landscapes, and E-commerce trends within target countries.

2. Conversion Funnel & Revenue Optimization

  • Take full ownership of New User Acquisition and Revenue growth targets across international markets.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to optimize the customer journey, ensuring product localization aligns with regional preferences.

3. Partnership Management & Network Expansion

  • Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with international distributors, agencies, and Influencer/Affiliate networks.

4. Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Market Development team.
  • Establish KPI systems, provide training, and inspire the team to achieve ambitious business milestones.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in equivalent roles (Market Development, GTM Lead, Business Development) within SaaS, E-commerce, Fintech, or Cross-border Trade, IT Product,...
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent English skills; must be confident in direct negotiations with foreign partners.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to interpret market data, analyze ROI, and make strategic decisions based on actionable insights.
  • Mindset: A "Global-first" mentality, business acumen, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
