KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Internal Systems & Account Administration

  • Manage and maintain internal accounts and systems, including Slack, Email, Opener Hub, Vault, and other shared platforms/accounts.
  • Handle access control, email administration, account security, and user data management.
  • Monitor and maintain the stability, availability, and security of internal IT systems.

2. IT Helpdesk & End-User Support

  • Provide technical support for employees regarding:
    • Laptops/PCs, printers, and office equipment
    • Email, internet, and VPN connectivity
    • Internal software and productivity tools
    • Online meeting devices and conference room equipment
  • Receive, troubleshoot, and track daily IT tickets/issues.
  • Guide users on effectively using internal systems and tools.

3. IT Asset & Device Management

  • Support and coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes, including device provisioning, access revocation, and IT asset collection.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including setup, handover, inventory tracking, maintenance, and retrieval.
  • Monitor the condition and usage of hardware/devices and propose replacements or upgrades when necessary.
  • Maintain and update IT inventory records accurately and consistently.

4. Infrastructure & Basic Security Administration

  • Ensure stable operations of office network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and IT equipment.
  • Support administration of basic infrastructure components, including:
    • Network, routers, firewalls, and VPN
    • Basic server/VM management
    • Backup and recovery systems
  • Collaborate in implementing and maintaining IT security measures aligned with company standards.
  • Assist in monitoring information security and resolving security-related incidents/issues.

5. Operations Coordination & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with IT vendors, software providers, and infrastructure partners.
  • Monitor service quality and coordinate issue resolution with external vendors.
  • Support the implementation and operation of internal business tools such as HRM, CRM, and project management systems.

6. IT Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Participate in building, standardizing, and improving internal IT operational processes.
  • Establish and maintain processes related to:
    • Account management & access control
    • IT asset management
    • Backup, security, and incident handling
  • Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and IT operation checklists.
  • Propose tools and solutions to improve operational efficiency, enhance security, and optimize internal user experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Information Technology, Network Systems, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Helpdesk roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Network, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall, and Router administration
    • Windows and macOS environments
    • AD/LDAP and virtualization (VM) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of information security, access management, and data protection practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, user support, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge or experience with ISMS / ISO 27001 standards.
  • Previous experience working in technology, product, or software companies.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus.
