Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our ShopBase, Plusbase, PlusBase team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or advisory roles is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and effective support to customers using our services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and develop strategies to engage them effectively.
  • Personal Branding: Establish and grow a strong personal brand within the customer community to promote trust and reliability.

REQUIREMENT

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or consulting roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant voice and no strong regional accent.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer queries, negotiate, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Appearance: Professional and polished appearance is preferred.
  • Ecommerce Knowledge: Understanding or experience with Ecommerce, particularly in Dropshipping or Print on Demand (POD), is highly valued.
  • Passion for Sales: Demonstrated enthusiasm for advisory and business development roles.
  • Energetic & Persistent: Strong drive, perseverance, and enthusiasm to meet and exceed sales targets.
