We are looking for a People Partner (Talent & Performance) to drive organizational
effectiveness through performance management, talent development, succession planning, and
leadership partnership.
This role is designed for HR professionals who aspire to become future HR leaders, offering
exposure to both strategic people initiatives and broader HR management practices.
The Opportunity
As a People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and the HR leadership team to
strengthen organizational capability, improve team performance, and build a sustainable talent
pipeline.
Beyond talent and performance management, you will have opportunities to participate in
organization-wide people initiatives, workforce planning, and strategic HR projects that
contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance & Organizational Effectiveness
- Drive and coordinate the organization's performance management process, including goal
setting, performance reviews, calibration, and development planning. - Monitor performance outcomes and identify trends, opportunities, and risks across teams.
- Partner with managers to improve team effectiveness and address performance challenges.
- Support initiatives that strengthen a culture of accountability, ownership, and high
performance.
2. Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Facilitate talent review discussions and support identification of high-potential employees.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and critical positions.
- Coordinate succession planning initiatives to ensure organizational continuity and reduce
talent risks. - Support leaders in developing talent retention and growth strategies.
3. Leadership Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters.
- Coach and support managers on performance management, employee development,
engagement, and team effectiveness. - Partner with leaders to strengthen management capability and build high-performing teams.
- Facilitate people-related decision-making using data and organizational insights.
4. Organization Development & Employee Experience
- Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Contribute to competency framework enhancement, career development pathways, and talent
development programs. - Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
5. Strategic HR Projects & Leadership Development
- Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives and organization-wide transformation projects.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on policy review, people governance, and organizational
development priorities. - Gain exposure to broader HR management areas, including workforce planning, organizational
design, employee relations, and HR operations. - Support the development of scalable people practices that enable future business growth.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational
Development, or related disciplines. - 5–7 years of experience in HRBP, Talent Management, Organization Development, People
Development, or related fields. - Strong experience in at least two of the following areas: Performance Management, Talent
Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Organization Development. - Proven ability to partner effectively with managers and department leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to drive projects independently.
Preferred:
- Experience in technology, digital, startup, consulting, or high-growth environments.
- Exposure to workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, or broader HR
management practices. - Experience leading cross-functional projects or mentoring junior HR team members.
- Aspiration to grow into a future HR leadership role.
