POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in eCommerce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and delivering digital products that enhance user experience and drive business growth. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and customer needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market. Use insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless and engaging customer experiences. Ensure that design and functionality meet high standards of usability and accessibility.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvements.
  • Use analytics and customer feedback to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions. Continuously iterate on products to improve KPIs such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Lead Agile teams, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of product features. Prioritize tasks based on business impact and team capacity.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and successes. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive innovation by experimenting with new ideas and solutions to enhance the customer experience.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager, with a focus on e-Commerce platforms or digital products. Experience in high-performing, results-oriented environments is preferred
  • Understanding of eCommerce platforms, web technologies, and digital marketing tools. Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into successful products. Passion for creating delightful and seamless customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
