Are you a logical thinker who loves making complex backend systems run like clockwork? We are looking for a Product Manager (1+ years of experience) to drive the core engine behind our e-Commerce platform: Operations, Fulfillment, and CRM.

What You’ll Do
- Shape the product roadmap for our backend operations, Order Management (OMS), and CRM systems.
- Partner with our logistics and warehouse teams to make order processing faster, smarter, and error-free.
- Design clever features (automated engagement, loyalty programs) to keep our customers coming back.
- Work with UX/UI designers to build clean, intuitive dashboards for our operation teams—they are your users too!
- Collaborate closely with engineers to plan Sprints and deliver high-quality features on time using Jira/Confluence.
- Look at system metrics to find bottlenecks and continuously improve our operational efficiency.
Who You Are
- 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst (e-Commerce or digital product experience is a big plus).
- Good understanding of backend logic, logistics/fulfillment flows, or CRM tools.
- Strong logical reasoning, process mapping, and a practical approach to solving operational bottlenecks.
- While not mandatory, having experience or a keen interest in integrating AI, LLMs, or Smart Automation to optimize CRM personalization or smart-routing in fulfillment is a huge bonus!
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Scrum/Agile environment using Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Able to easily translate business needs into tech requirements and connect dots between Tech, Marketing, and Operations.
