JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Research and benchmark best practices in upselling, cross-selling, and conversion optimization across global eCommerce platforms.
  • Define and prioritize product strategies to maximize AOI (Average Order Item) and AOV (Average Order Value).
  • Work closely with data, engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features that boost customer spend and engagement.
  • Own product lifecycle: ideation, requirement definition, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Measure and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve product impact.

REQUIREMENT

  • Proven experience building apps/features that directly impact AOV/AOI growth (e.g., upsell/cross-sell modules, smart recommendations, personalized bundles).
  • Background in eCommerce companies or eCommerce-enabling platforms (e.g., Shopify apps, marketplaces, SaaS for merchants).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A track record of shipping impactful products in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven recommendation systems or personalization engines.
  • Familiarity with global eCommerce growth strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a startup-like environment.
