KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Payment Operations Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate and manage all operational activities related to the Payment team.
- Host meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure post-meeting tasks are delivered within the committed timeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Tech/Product/Finance/Operations) to implement payment-related projects.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment among stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
2. Payment Gateway Setup & Operations
- Coordinate the onboarding and setup process for new payment gateways.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to align on contracts, operational workflows, and integration requirements.
- Monitor the gateway setup process and ensure successful go-live according to schedule.
- Monitor CR (Conversion Rate) and operational performance of payment gateways.
- Collaborate with the Development team to resolve issues related to payment flows or gateway integrations.
- Monitor and optimize routing rules and operational logic across gateways to ensure performance and system stability.
3. Monitoring & Operational Tracking
- Monitor operational metrics and overall performance of the payment system.
- Build and maintain dashboards or tracking tools to monitor performance and payment-related OKRs.
- Support initiatives related to automation and AI-driven automation within payment operations.
- Ensure operational issues are properly tracked, resolved, and continuously improved.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Operations, or equivalent roles.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage timelines, closely follow up on tasks, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong system-thinking mindset, proactive attitude, and high sense of ownership.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of payment gateways, PSPs, or payment operations.
- Experience monitoring CR/KPIs or operational metrics.
- Experience working with dashboards, tracking tools, or automation workflows.
- Previous experience in fintech, payment, startup, or technology companies is a plus.
