KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record and review daily accounting transactions and entries.
- Prepare periodic tax reports, including VAT, PIT, CIT, and other related reports in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and reconcile receivables/payables, revenue, expenses, and internal accounting data.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, working files, and coordinate with auditors/tax authorities when required.
- Review the validity of invoices and supporting documents, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to review and standardize financial data.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Audit position at an auditing firm.
- Candidates with an audit firm background are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and possesses strong logical thinking and numerical analysis skills.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
