Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business and tech teams in identifying hiring needs, defining ideal candidate profiles, and building effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process — from gathering requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to final offer negotiation.
- Hunt and engage top talent, especially for technical roles, ensuring strong alignment with both job requirements and team culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance the overall candidate experience and improve hiring efficiency.
- Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives and continuous improvement of internal recruitment processes.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time to Fill, Quality of Hire, Source Effectiveness) to optimize hiring performance.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with solid exposure to Tech hiring (Developer, Product, Data, etc.).
- Preferably with experience in product-based or fast-scaling tech companies.
- Good understanding of the TABP model and a strong desire to grow as a Talent Partner who collaborates closely with business teams.
- Proven ability in talent hunting and delivering quality hires that truly fit business needs.
- Strong ownership mindset, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
