Job Description

  • Receive hiring requests from departments, clarify job descriptions and recruitment requirements.
  • Post job ads and source candidates through LinkedIn, job sites, professional communities, and referrals.
  • Screen CVs, contact candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and follow up on interview results.
  • Participate in initial interviews or support the interview panel when needed.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist / HRBP with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process; experience in tech companies (Product or Outsourcing) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Available to work full-time (Monday–Friday).
